Abstract
This paper deals with current issues of cooperation of secondary vocational schools and companies. Companies and experts appeal to focus on linking education institutions with practice. We need trained craftsmen but it is absence of them. If they occur, they have no experience. According to several experts it is necessary to change school system. This have to be changed, whether through support of education in technical schools, support of grants or by improving the transfer of money from the private sector to the schools. On the other hand it may come also subsidies for employers. Motivation of employers to cooperation with vocational schools that prepare graduates should be increased for example by reduction in tax payments.
