Abstract :
This paper introduces a new simulation method based on Matlab/RTW and VxWorks real time operating system. We construct the real time simulation systems include diesel engine dynamic model and the NOx emission neural network (NN) model. This model is set up by Simulink and can be generated to embedded real time code optimized automatically by RTW. The model parameters and simulation data can be adjusted online. Compared with traditional method to write and revise the simulation model code by hand, the method has accelerated the research of the hardware in the loop simulation. Through the analysis of the simulation results of the several diesel engine models, the fast feasibility of this method has been verified.
