Abstract :
The systems described are computer aided maintenance management systems which aid the achievement of the Ford Motor Company´s preservation of physical assets policy objectives. The following systems are available for plant and facility management to operate: error diagnostic dynamically indicated methodology; diagnostic overview system; maintenance communication system short term history system; long term combined analysis system; scheduled maintenance system; condition monitoring; online stock control and re-order system; material catalogue; and control of plant engineering contracts
