Abstract
This paper presents a fast processing flow of airborne LiDAR data and imagery which acquired by Leica ALS50-II. On the one hand, position and orientation system (POS) data are converted to approximate exterior orientation parameters (EOP). On the other hand, the light detection and ranging (LiDAR) point cloud can generate digital elevation model (DEM) after filtering. Then mosaic can be generated quickly using collinearity equations with imagery, DEM and approximate EOP. The results of experiment show that this method is effective and efficiency.
