Abstract :
Summary form only given. In summary, we investigate the effects of cross talk in WDM systems using spectrum-sliced light sources. In these system, the power penalty mainly arises from the power addition effect. The signal-crosstalk beat noise is reduced significantly by the bandwidth ratio.
