Abstract :
Multiple tracer steady-state experiments on a compartmental system provide implicit dependent relationships among model parameters. The derivation of explicit expressions could be a very difficult task, especially when the system is relatively complex. A graph-theory-based algorithm is developed to optimally select dependent parameters and derive these explicit expressions
