Abstract :
Seven kinds of closeness degree method was researched with example, computation and theory analysis in this paper and their limitations in application was found. Based on the fluctuation around the general characteristic for most things, a new method of closeness degree was proposed and it was named "Fluctuant closeness degree". In this paper, the process of the new method how proposed was explained detailedly with example and figure. Its correctness was verified based on the three factors.
