The oil spills at sea will probably occurred in the port and paraic zone. They´re serious danger to the marine environment and it will hold back the economic development. So, it´s important to study the oil spills reclamation works with numerical simulation. This paper simulated the diffusing of oil-spill in the condition of clam air moderate wind and strong breeze in LvSi port. And, it will have great Significance in making the prevention measures, when the engineering finished.
