Abstract :
Coal mine safety management has been developed from afterwards control, intermediate control to pre-control, eliminate hidden danger information is the basis for accident prevention and also the premise to ensure the coal mine safety. On the basis of the self-organization theory in the systems science, establish a coal mine safety information self-organization pre-control flow. On the one hand, through the constraint management of hidden dangers information, scientific analysis the causation which effect coal mine safety pre-control, and then take pertinence measures. On the other hand, through the establishment of pre-level-control mechanism which include pre-control of individual, groups, zones, and production systems to achieve stability of initial conditions, and realize self-examination, self-checking, self-exclusion of hidden danger information and ultimately achieve self-organization precontrol of the coal mine safety information.
