The study of targeting location of Qiqihar Nianzishan District tourism planning based on grounded theory

The targeting location is the premise and basis of urban tourism plan. It´s accuracy and science directly affects the further development of tourism planning, this paper used grounded theory methods and made a careful record and collated of the information about the Qiqihar Nianzishan District. Finally, this article proposes the its tourism planning ´s targeting location and proved that it is correct by verifying basic information.
