Abstract :
A UHF CMOS class AB power amplifier (PA) at 435MHz is presented. The amplifier was fabricated in 0.5μm standard CMOS process. The amplifier is able to deliver an output power of 24dBm to a 5Ω load from a 2.5-V supply with power added efficiency (PAE) of 41 %.
