Abstract
This paper proposes a collaborative experience based travel recommendation service for Hakka culture. This service utilizes mobile devices as platform to share and purify the user´s knowledge of Hakka culture. By applying TF-IDF conversion on tags that were extracted from users´ experience and past knowledge, in this paper we argue that a better recommendation service can be provided compared to the traditional frequency based service. Possible AI approach for utilizing the TF-IDF data is also proposed to improve the service level by using online adaptive clustering algorithm without increasing the resource requirements.
