Abstract :
Phase-shifting interferometry (PSI) using Linnik microscopy is applied to the three-dimensional measurement of lubricant spreading over a magnetic disk and its applicability is well demonstrated by measuring the change of a small lubricant droplet with time under the condition of different surface features.
