Abstract :
An analytical method is presented which permits the analysis of the frequency response of switched-capacitor networks with arbitrary controlling clock phases (non-overlapping or overlapping) and switched-on-resistances by means of conventional simulation program for analog networks (for example, SPICE). It is shown that an N-port SC (switched capacitor) network can be decomposed into basic SC structures of which analog equivalent circuits containing lossless transmission lines, capacitors, resistors, and controlled sources are user-ready. Its implementation on SPICE is given, and the results are found to be satisfactory
