Abstract :
The benefits of supply chain management induced the widespread implementation to companies. It is moving beyond the national boarder and enticed global competition in business. It has been proven that the supply chain management contributes the improvement of relationship between customer and supplier, competitiveness, cost reduction and others. In the other way, the supply chain implementation needs the supportive factors such as investment, utilities, technology usage, etc. The researchers study about all supportive infrastructures enhancing the supply chain performance. The author adopted ten supportive infrastructures and studied the relationship of these factors with the supply chain practice and performance. The questionnaire was developed and analyzed the reliability and validity of the tools. The inter-rate was used to develop the scale and category of construct as well as the pretest of instrument. For the large scale research, total 2500 questionnaires were distributed to the manufactures located in industrial estate in Thailand. The 371 questionnaires were returned. The LISREL program is used to analyze the reliability and validity of the data and study the factor loading, factor analysis, overall model fit and hypotheses developed. The result shown that the supportive infrastructures are significant supported to the supply chain practice and performance.
