Abstract :
We propose a network-based global mobility mechanism between the IP based access networks. And this mechanism improves the global mobility problem of the existing MIPv6. Moreover, the handover latency time can be reduced through the using label switched path (LSP) of multi protocol label switching (MPLS) setup.
