Abstract :
The relationship of rainfall-runoff is one of the most important processes as it controls model precision. MIKESHE, which represents state-of-art of distributed hydrological model, is applied to the Skjern catchment. Hydro-daisy developed by KVL (Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University), relating easily measurable soil properties to soil hydraulic parameters based on European soil database. The results show that Over the study period, the rainfall pattern contrasted between spring with a low amount (173.59 mm) and the other seasons with rainfall totals around 330.99 mm. autumn and winter were the seasons with most runoff.
