Abstract
A synthesis method for variable sequential circuits (VSCs) is discussed. The VSC corresponds to a multiple-output variable logic circuit (VLC) with some memory elements. Hence, the synthesis method for a VLC can be applied to VSC. The results of numerical experiments for synthesis methods are shown, and the effective method is proposed for the VSC. This method can also be applied to the VLC
