Abstract :
Broadband waveguide diplexer is suggested for mm wave heterodyne receiver. Performance characteristics of some prototypes are explored over the 85...115 GHz band. It is shown that RF losses are less than 0.15 dB and the power loss in the LO is about 10 to 20 dB. The diplexer prototype is used in low noise Schottky diode receiver intended for observations of small gas components in the atmosphere
