Abstract :
The present paper investigates the microwave dielectric properties of LiMgPO4 ceramic green tapes. The composition of slurry for tape casting has been optimized by sedimentation studies and viscosity measurements. LiMgPO4 green tape has an εr of 2.8 and tan δ of 0.055 at 5 GHz.
