Abstract :
A kind of Normal foam agents´ degradation bacterium is separated from Foam flooding injection allocation standing in Shengli oilfield by Hungate technology. Through appraisal result of Form, Physiology and biochemistry and Molecular biology, Bacterial strain is G+, Short sindbis, Sporeless, Obligate anaerobes. Similarity is 99% between the bacterial strain and Clostridium bifermentans. We name the bacterial strain as Clostridium bifermentans DY. The results show that: the degradation of this bacterial strain to foam agent is 82.8%, the bacterial strain is with foam agent as the only carbon source, the biochemical sex of foam agent is higher than 0.4. From Ht, we can see that the surface texture and the functional group change a lot after this bacterial strains role.
