Abstract :
This article takes the EBZ-160 roadheader as an example, analyzes the cutting process, the operating mechanism and the tunnel cross section, puts forward the key technology of automation control, and the adopted technical measure is discussed by us. We confirm the mathematical model is correct and effective by adopting the MATLAB emulation technique. It provides the theory basis for the roadheader´s design development. It has the certain construction value and the practical significance for realizing the automation of the roadheader.
