Abstract :
This article builds up AMT clutch electrical actuator model by using SimulationX (modeling and simulation software), and focuses on the research of back-EMF coefficient Ke and torque coefficient Kt of DC permanent magnet motor, the two parameters are established through motor performance test data, so that motor model simulation results are basically identical with motor test results. Finally, in comparison between simulation results of the whole clutch actuator model and test results, they are basically identical, making preparation for controlling the actuator in the next step.
