Real-time education in a control engineering curriculum

In the control engineering curriculum at the Universidad Politecnica de Valencia there is a strong interaction between control and real-time courses. The objectives, contents and laboratory work of the real-time courses are presented. We put strong emphasis on the laboratory organization and the necessity of using the same equipment and tools to develop applications. The laboratory provides a novel structure in order to show to the students the capabilities of the new technologies
