Abstract :
In this paper, the time in the absence of ground-based directly on the ground the feasibility of installing solar PV bracket will stand across the bottom end of land and ground anchor nail Then, through the theoretical calculations PV Stent in the wind under the action of tipping load torque, and the projection anchors have been set aside when the force suffered, compared with the measured to identify the anchors aside suffered the law of the relationship between force and velocity, based on this rule to determine the bracket in their natural environment without foundation under photovoltaic operation stability, if the plan is feasible , it can shorten the construction time of photovoltaic power plants and reduce the investment cost of PV power generation for future large-scale domestic PV market launch of great significance.
