Abstract
PMSS is an application of decision support systems technology to the defense acquisition program management environment. The purpose of the PMSS is to provide a management tool for managers in a US Dept. of Defense program management office (PMO) to assist them in their decision-making process and to help them execute their functions efficiently. The PMSS is intended to support the defense program manager and his first-echelon staff. It can also be utilized by acquisition managers not involved with defense acquisition
