Characteristic maximal values of wave amplitudes are investigated depending on electron beam energy at multifrequency mode of excitation of coaxial slow-wave transmission line. Output signals spectra are determined. We have calculated both maximal efficiency (losses) and efficiency for the best amplification of all waves
