Abstract :
In this paper, the activated sludge which taken from the oxidation ditch of the sewage treatment plant was domesticated for 40d with simulated cooking fumes, and 4 strains of dominant microbes were gained after screened twice, named as ZH-01, HL-03, XJ-021 and BD-55, degradation rates to pollutants from cooking fumes was determined as 60.95%, 68.81%, 65.22%, 74.57% respectively. 4 strains of dominant microbes were morphologically, preliminarily identified as Mucor spp., Paecilomyces lilacinus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Rhodosporidium toruloide. Degradation conditions including temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, reaction time and inoculation volume, match style of dominant microbes were optimized.
