Abstract :
Personal Software Process (PSP) is a new process management technique based on personal software development statistics developed at the Software Engineering Institute. This paper discusses the experiences we have gained in implementing PSP in software development and a new disciplined software engineering certificate program developed based on PSP and Capability Maturity Model (CMM)
