Abstract
The way of the radiometric nondestructive testing of structure and properties of dielectric materials on a level of their radiothermal electromagnetic radiation is offered. The structure and algorithm of the radiometric system operation are considered, allowing providing high sensitivity and accuracy of this testing. The analyzed radiometric system can be used for the specified purposes in scientific researches and in industrial activity
