Abstract
The paper discusses the turbocharger turbine impeller and shaft welding process .It Includes the preparation of the workpiece before welding. The paper describes the contact surface of the friction torque and clamping the initial thrust of the shaft. Reduce the initial phase of the friction can increase the thrust axis of clamping reliability. Displacement of the shaft should be considered in the friction thrust and friction on the set time. This paper gives the K213 and K418 the contact surface pressure and friction time advancing in the friction. The paper discusses the impeller and the shaft axis, the axis line and the wheel clamping coaxial positioning requirements and implementation methods in the friction welding.
