Abstract
This paper established distance education model of knowledge transmitting, which aimed at the spread characteristics of distance education network in general colleges and universities, based on the theory of complex networks. The model simulated and analyzed if it existed that individual who learned by distance education network excluded increasing of knowledge level. In the proposed model, the Cobb-Douglas production function is introduced to describe the knowledge growth caused by the diffusion of knowledge. Simulation results show that under the same conditions, the diffusion speed and the distribution uniformity of knowledge in networks increase with the stochastic degree of networks.
