Abstract
A method is presented to analyze VLF loop antennas laid on the surface of the lossy Earth. A method of moments based mixed potential integral equation formulation is employed. The magnetic vector potential used has an exact closed form expression. The scalar potential is also obtained in closed form following a quasi-static approach.
