  • Abstract
    Presented in this paper is the unique design and engineering solutions, which have made it possible to create subminiature oscillator modules for millimeter-wave therapy. The feasibility of the electroforming-based manufacturing and assembly of quasimonolithic waveguide devices without butt joints is demonstrated
