  • Abstract
Considering the widely existed uncertain information in modern air defense campaign, the simulation model based on multi-agent technology is established to model the fighting between air raid forces and air defense forces. The member of air raid forces is defined as aircraft agent, whose behavior is controlled by statechart, while the member of air defense forces is defined as radar agent, whose behavior is event-driven. The heading and bomb-dropping distance of each aircraft agent is uncertain information to the air defense side, and they are given by random numbers following the corresponding experience distribution in the simulation. Radar agent continuously detects aircraft agents inside its kill zone and performs the following actions on them: threat evaluation, target allocation, shooting parameters calculation, missile launch. By simulation, the average number of consumed missiles in each air-raid defense is determined, as well as the average intercepting probability, which may be supportive to decision-making of the war-time mobilization and missiles disposition of ground-to-air defense forces.
