Abstract
The theoretical limitations of the design of antenna-matching networks that provide a constant voltage standing-wave ratio (VSWR) are discussed. The development of a numerical method to design these networks as well as its implementation in a very user-friendly computer program is described. Several examples of the computer program use are presented, and the application to broadband EMC measurements is discussed.<>
