Abstract :
The tender offer cost of IT project is the basis of IT project valuation. This paper analyzes the tender offer cost of IT project, as well as the composition of the tender offer cost. The focus of IT project is on the cost of the tender offer, and it includes the cost during IT project´s tender offer, the cost of the measures of IT project, the cost of IT project subcontractor, and IT project´s imprest. On this basis, the paper researches on the cost of the composition and content of IT project´s general contracting model, needs analysis/design/implementation of sub-item general contracting model, and parallel tender offer model.
