Abstract :
The available bandwidth in Mobile Ad Hoc network is affected by multiple factors, where channel utilization and collision probability are mainly included. For each facet, the estimating mechanisms are categorized into three classes, furthermore, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed in depth. Finally, the application and research trend of available bandwidth estimation is pointed out.
