    Ultra wideband microwave beam power switcher with L-type elementary keys on p-i-n diodes has been designed. Its parameters are no worse than those of the best foreign analogues. The switcher designed has wideband parameter better than that of the foreign analogues. Methods of increasing the bias circuits band have been shown
