  • Abstract
    The scientist of Crystal Ltd. offered untraditional solution of traditional task: improvement of thermoelectric product efficiency and reliability combined with cost decrease. They offered to grow thermoelectric plates in a flat cavity, one of the Bridgman method option. The papers present a description of crystallization method and technique of thermoelements manufacture from crystallized material using the electrical discharge cutting and plating by electron-beam evaporation and following deposition in vacuum. The characteristics and distinguishing features of thus produced materials are presented. Peculiar properties of the material offer a new approach both to design of thermoelectric devices and to organization of technological processes of devices fabrication. It has been presented an example of module fabrication process which use these peculiar properties of materials.
