Abstract
In this paper, we deal with evaluation of our MANET test bed in indoor stairs scenarios. We analyse the behavior of Optimized Link State Routing (OLSR), considering two metrics: throughput and delay. We implement two experimental scenarios: static and shifting. We draw conclusions regarding the comparison between two scenarios and between communications with different number of hops. From our experiments, we showed that for both scenarios, in one-hop and two-hop communications, OLSR shows a good performance. As the number of hops increases to three or more hops, the communication shows a worse performance. The performance decreases further when the nodes are mobile, i.e in shifting scenario, which shows that for three hops the communication becomes difficult.
