Abstract :
Skutterudite filled with rare earth element (Dy and Er) (MyCo4Sb12) was fabricated by ultra high pressure method. Besides fullerite as hollow quantum dot was added into MyCo4Sb12. The relations about the thermoelectric property and the rare earth elements, addition of fullerite and the microstructure were investigated by normal measurement or analytical method.
