Abstract

In this paper, we introduce our solution to build UNL - Vietnamese dictionary using in UNL multilingual translation system. UNL (Universal networking language) is a computer language that enables computers to process information and knowledge across language barriers. It is an artificial language that replicates, in the cyber world, the functions of natural languages in human communication. Here, we focus on structure of UNL dictionary, and how to build UNL - Vietnamese dictionary from existent dictionaries as UNL-French dictionary, FEV dictionary, and Vdict dictionary.
