Abstract
The paper is concerned with a task and resource allocation in a complex of parallel operations with two kinds of unknown parameters: uncertain parameters characterized by an expert in the form of certainty distributions and random parameters described by probability distributions (probability densities). It has been shown how to apply the theory of uncertain variables in the problem under consideration. Two versions of the optimal allocation problem formulation and solution have been described. A simple example illustrating a resource distribution for a complex of operations with uncertain and random execution times has been presented.
