Abstract
A fully differential bipolar monolithic seventh-order Bessel transconductance-capacitor (g m-C ) lowpass filter with a cut-off frequency (f c) tunable between 10 and 30 MHz is described. The filter has matched normal and differentiated outputs. Programmable equalization up to 15 dB at f c is also provided. Total harmonic distortion at 1.5 V pp output signal is less than 1%. Nominal power consumption from a single 5-V supply is 200 mW
