Abstract :
The final target of e-government is providing consummate and convenient service for public, thus using public satisfaction to evaluate the service quality of e-government is the mostly significant. According to the American customer satisfaction index and relative theories of structure equation model, the paper constructs the e-government public satisfaction index model. Finally, the model is proved by experimental research.
