Abstract :
This paper introduced the design and achievement of a distance learning and teaching system which based on Internet. With the development and popularity of the internet, modern distance education emerged as the times require. Because of its opening, interactivity, practicability and instantaneity, the distance education system become one of the most important parts of modern education.
