Abstract :
The Exterior Quality (EQ) is the manifest specification of the light rail vehicle quality. It involved in the system factors with form as the center. With the straddle-type monorail vehicle as a sample, this paper gave a systemic analysis on the factors in its design system, proposed a EQ-oriented optimization method about the Phase Interface (PI) and the factors fore-involved according to the relationship between the stages, described the compose of the Net-Structural information interaction and the Concurrent Engineering (CE). It made a compare of two form design plans, proved the feasibility, the reliability, the network and the parallel style of info interface in this method, which are helpful for solving the problems of the high risk, less efficiency and time wasting in the light rail vehicle design flow.
