Abstract :
An extremely efficient and flexible algorithm is presented. Two-pass multidimensional clustering provides optimal sorting of stable and agile radars. The use of pulse density allows control over size and position, and tolerance to measurement errors. The efficiency allows a simple, low cost implementation
