MOVA-Microprocessor Optimised Vehicle Actuation-is a control strategy for isolated signals, developed over recent years at the Transport and Road Research Laboratory. This paper briefly describes the 20-site trial and the on-going software development by the laboratory to provide facilities for the user to operate and control the MOVA equipment
